Continuum Weight + Wellbeing

About Us

“At this stage of my career, I am thrilled to be doing the work I am so passionate about for my own company. Many years ago, I gravitated toward the nutrition and fitness industry because of personal tragedy and loss. Before I was 29 years old, I lost both my mother and father suddenly to heart attacks. They passed away just two years apart. The impact of those events has forever sparked a motivation in myself to live preventatively and work to educate and help others do the same. I cherish and honor the fact that another human being would come to me for support and put their trust in me. I will always continue to strive to change the landscape of what health and wellbeing look like for all individuals.”

“My lifetime of work experience centered in the ‘people’ business, has led me to my
most rewarding job yet – nutritionist and health coach – helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition to learning from my own personal wellness journey including weight struggles and an autoimmune disease diagnosis, I share my experience of over 10 years in the Weight Management field, to passionately help others. My positive approach supports clients to be their best selves, living their best lives, eating well and being optimistic about their future. By looking deeper into mindset and behavior, setting goals and being held accountable, clients become empowered to make life changes sustainable. I feel fortunate to help others find their true self and celebrate every milestone along the way, because it’s what is learned on the journey, not the result, that is most valuable for long term success. We are born with everything we need, to get everything we ever wanted, but sometimes we need an additional boost to get there. The luxury of my role is to guide, support and motivate with the ultimate end goal of success and personal fulfillment.”

Nancy is a Certified Fitness Nutritionist and a Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist. Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and has performed various roles as Buyer, Planner/Distributor, Merchandiser, Associate Store Manager as well as Sales Manager and District Account Manager. She found her passion and true north in health and wellness, specializing in weight management as a Certified Health Coach, Center Director, Operations Manager and an Area Manager. Now, as one of the owners of Continuum Weight + Wellbeing, she is excited to offer a new approach to weight wellbeing.

“Getting healthy for me was like putting together a large jigsaw puzzle. My personal journey from chronic anxiety to wellness convinced me that, to a greater degree than we think, we are what we eat. Discovering which foods my body tolerated and which foods it did not, along with activity and lifestyle changes helped me achieve a quality of life I did not believe was possible. At Continuum Weight + Wellbeing, I now have the opportunity, the tools and the privilege to help others find their puzzle pieces and move along a path toward wellness.”
